A small firm with deep field experience.

SMS Integrated Services PLT began as Devmenn Management Services in March 2009 and was rebranded in June 2021 to bring training and consulting together in a blended approach. Our full-time staff work alongside selected specialists for each scope, and sharing that knowledge with clients is at the centre of how we work.

1. 2009Founded as Devmenn Management Services in Johor Bahru.
2. 2012Entered RSPO certification auditing, progressing from observer to lead auditor.
3. 2017First MSPO audits witnessed by the Department of Standards Malaysia.
4. 2021Rebranded as SMS Integrated Services PLT. Second-party social compliance and brand audits added.
5. 2023RBA Lead Auditor (Labor & Ethics, EHS) and SLCP Verifier qualifications.
6. 2026EUDR due diligence verification for palm oil mill complexes.

SMS is registered as an Approved Training Provider with HRD Corp (Human Resources Development Fund), so eligible employers can claim training costs.
